Eswatini Passport — Student Visa Requirements

Official application letter from the educational institution

Consent letter (for applicants under 18)

Scholarship letter or acceptance letter from the institution

3-month bank statement from parents (minimum balance: R15,000)

Certified copy of National ID / Birth Certificate

Certified copy of Marriage Certificate (if applicable)

2 recent passport-sized photographs (available at Omni Centre, Mbabane)

Visa fee: E550 — payable at Revenue Offices

E-Visa Requirements

Valid passport (copy required — must be valid for duration of study)

Original academic results / transcripts

Parents' 6-month bank statement (minimum balance: USD 2,500) with commitment letter

Government-issued medical certificate

Yellow fever vaccination certificate

Passport-sized photograph (soft copy in JPG format — available at Omni Centre, Mbabane)

Proof of semester / year fee payment to the institution

Apostille of Form 5 (authenticated by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mbabane)

Apostille of parent support letter (authenticated by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mbabane)
